Incarnon Weapons

  • Incarnon weapons evolve. Born in The Duviri Paradox, the Incarnon System lets you take a weapon and forge it through a challenge — swapping its form (and often its entire damage identity) for a transformed Incarnon mode that builds up as you attack.
1. How Incarnon Works

  • Incarnon-form weapons are obtained from Incarnon Adapters, which you install onto the base weapon at its rank.
  • In combat, dealing kills/headshots fills an Incarnon Transmutation gauge; filling it lets you trigger Incarnon mode — a transformed state with new behavior, usually dramatically stronger.
  • Each adapter also unlocks an evolution tree of perks you choose as you complete its challenges, letting one weapon play many ways.
2. Where They Come From

  • Duviri — the original Incarnon weapons (like the Phenmor, Laetum, Felarx and Franz swoop the roster) and their Adapters come from The Duviri Paradox via Cavalero's wares aboard the Zariman Ten Zero.
  • Incarnon Genesis — weekly rotations earned from the Steel Path Circuit let you add Incarnon evolutions to a growing list of older weapons. New Genesis additions continued into 2026 (Update 43 added Vectis, Obex, Destreza, Ballistica and Stug).
3. Farm Path

  • Play the Duviri Experience and the Steel Path Circuit each week to build paths to the Genesis you want.
  • Trade Incarnon resources with Cavalero for Adapters, and check the weekly rotation before committing your Circuit picks.

Let your weapons transcend, Tenno — evolve, and endure!
