Syndicates

  • Tenno, the Syndicates are the great powers behind the Origin System — six factions you can pledge your standing to in exchange for unique weapons, augments, sigils and lore. There are other factions in the game (open-world groups, the Hex, Cavia, and more), but these six are the classic pledge Syndicates you can ally with from your Orbiter.
1. What Are Syndicates?
  • Syndicates are factions that track your Standing (reputation) once you install the Syndicate segment on your Orbiter (available at Mastery Rank 3).
  • Earn Standing by completing each Syndicate's daily missions from its console, collecting hidden Syndicate Medallions inside those missions, and equipping a Syndicate Sigil so it drips Standing from normal missions.
  • Warning: The six Syndicates form two allied trios. Supporting one tribe loses Standing with its direct rival — plan your allegiances carefully. You can pledge to up to four Syndicates at once by playing the middle ground.
2. The Six Primary Syndicates
  • Steel Meridian — The Grineer defector faction, led by the formidable Cressa Tal. They fight to break the Grineer regime from within. Signature weapons: Vaykor Hek, Vaykor Marelok, Vaykor Sydon.
  • Arbiters of Hexis — Tenno scholars who seek balance and mastery over self. Their telos is discipline above all. Signature weapons: Telos Boltace (melee), Telos Akbolto.
  • Cephalon Suda — A Cephalon originally built to preserve knowledge, who now hungers for data and truth. Signature weapons: Synoid Gammacor, Synoid Simulor, Synoid Heliocor.
  • Red Veil — A shadowy order that believes justice requires violence. Masters of the unspoken blade. Signature weapons: Rakta Cernos, Rakta Ballistica, Rakta Dark Dagger.
  • Perrin Sequence — The Corpus reformists led by Ergo Glast, who fund morality through trade. Signature weapons: Secura Lecta, Secura Penta, Secura Dual Cestra.
  • New Loka — Led by Amaryn, purists who see the purity of nature as the cure for a corrupted system. Signature weapons: Sancti Tigris, Sancti Castanas, Sancti Magistar.
  • Allied trios: Steel Meridian · Arbiters of Hexis · Cephalon Suda stand together. Red Veil · Perrin Sequence · New Loka stand together.
  • Rivalries: Steel Meridian ↔ Red Veil · Arbiters of Hexis ↔ New Loka · Cephalon Suda ↔ Perrin Sequence. Gain in one, lose in the other.
3. Standing, Rewards & Strategy
  • Daily Standing caps scale with your Mastery Rank — the higher your MR, the faster you climb.
  • Spend Standing on signature weapons, Syndicate Augment mods, relic packs, and cosmetics; sell spare signature parts to other Tenno for a tidy Platinum profit (see our Platinum guide).
  • To earn Standing with two trios at once, ally with one Syndicate and the neutral member of the other tribe — but never antagonize your primary.
  • Beyond the six: open-world houses (Ostron, Solaris United, Entrati, Cavia), Nightwave, and the newer factions like The Hex run on their own separate standing — check our Returning Player Guide for the full picture.

Choose your banner, earn your Standing, and may your chosen cause thrive, Tenno!
