1. What Is Recruitment Chat?
- Recruitment Chat is a dedicated channel where players look for squads to join specific missions or activities.
- It’s separate from Region Chat and Clan Chat.
- Use it to find teammates for Void Fissures, Eidolon Hunts, Railjack missions, and more.
2. Useful Acronyms:
Here are the common abbreviations you'll see in Recruitment Chat:
- LF / LFM: "Looking For" / "Looking For More." LF means you want to join someone's squad; LFM means you're hosting and need others. Example: "LF H Mot SP."
- LF1M, LF2M, LF3M: How many players the host still needs. Example: "LF2M Radshare Repeater."
- H: Short for "Hosting." Example: "H Helene, farm Orokin Cells."
- WTB / WTS / WTT: "Want To Buy / Want To Sell / Want To Trade." The staple of Trade Chat.
- PC / p: Platinum shorthand — "50p" means 50 Platinum. You must be at least Mastery Rank 2 to trade.
- Radshare: A Void Fissure run where everyone brings the same fully-Refined (Radiant) relic to maximize the rare-drop chance.
- Key/Keyless: Historical shorthand — the old Void Tower keys (T1–T3) are long gone, replaced by Void Relics and Fissure missions, so "party" wording now refers to fissure radshares.
- SP: Steel Path version of a mission. Example: "LF Mot SP survival."
- ESO / SO: Elite / Regular Sanctuary Onslaught — the go-to for quick Affinity and leveling. See Fast Leveling.
- MD: Mobile Defense mission.
- 3. Etiquette Tips:
- Whisper for Invites: If you're hosting a game, ask players to whisper you for an invite. This helps distinguish requests specifically for you.
- Be Clear: When posting in Recruitment Chat, be clear about what you're looking for (e.g., mission type, difficulty, number of players).
- Politeness: Remember to be polite and patient. Everyone is there to find squads and enjoy the game.
